For all the popcorn lovers out there, this blog post ensures a treat for all of you. Recently I was on my annual trip to Hong Kong where I came across this popcorn specialty shop called the “Garrett Popcorn Shops” which is located in Shop UG-24, UG/F, Festival Walk, 80 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. 

The shop had a very warm and comforting vibe to it. The interiors of the shop were quite modern and it gave you the feel of a movie theatre.

This particular branch had 5 signature flavours – Chicago Mix, Caramel Crisp, Cheese Corn , Buttery, Plain. It also offered a specialty flavour of Nut Caramel Crisp. The popcorn bags were categorised into small, medium and large but the portion size of each bag was quite generous.

I had opted for my favourite “Buttery” flavour in medium size which was priced at HK$ 49. And to be honest this has been one of the best popcorns I have ever tasted in my entire life. I shared the medium bag with my parents and as I mentioned before as well that the portions were so generous that even we three people were struggling to finish one bag. The packaging of the product was very elegant and it felt really luxurious.

If you get an opportunity to try the popcorns from the store please do give it a try and I bet you won’t regret it.
