It is the onset of summer season in most of the places around the world and most of us beat the high temperatures with the consumption of Ice Creams.

I am very picky when it comes to Ice Cream and I have my favourites which I have included in my list over the years. So this blog post is dedicated to all the ice cream lovers out there.

1. Haagen-Dazs, London 

When I was London I used to visit the Haagen-Dazs Flagship store which was located in Leicester Square. But due to some reason the store has been closed now. But I had to include it in my favourites.

Chocoholic – Triple Chocolate Ice Cream Sundae

   I bet this can be on top the list of guilty pleasure. Its a dream come true for chocolate lovers as it contained rich and creamy chocolate ice cream, coupled with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and sauce along with some wafers.

Red Dream – Raspberry Sorbet with Lemonade

The sheer combination of Raspberry Sorbet with lemonade is just heavenly. The preparation used to ooze freshness and this is one drink that you would crave on a hot summer day.

2. Amorino 

This company is famous for its gelato all over the world. I usually experience their gelatos when I am in the UK and trust me they have one of the best gelatos ever. I usually go 3 flavour combinations – dark chocolate, mango and strawberry 🙂

3. Real Italian Ice Cream, Bath (UK)

When I was doing my masters and used to live in Bath, my favourite spot to grab an ice cream was the Real Italian Ice Cream Parlour. It is located right in the middle of the city and trust me the ice cream is very good.

4. Godiva

I bet everyone has heard of Godiva chocolates and if you haven’t then you are missing big time. Godiva also have their own stores where they offer a variety of ice creams along with some shakes. My favourite one is the “Swirl Cone” which is a combination of dark chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
