Favourite Thai Restaurant in London

One of my most favourite cuisines of all time is Thai and having stayed in the UK for a period of 5 years I have definitely got a favourite thai restaurant and it is called Busaba Eathai. A very classy and modern restaurant chain, which is a bit more on the pricier side, as most of its restaurants are located in the high end or touristy places around the UK. But according to me the place is a great combination of delicious food, good service and soothing ambience. It totally offers value for money.

The restaurant offers a good variety dishes for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians and the portion size is quite good as well. When the food first arrives, you definitely feel that it won’t be enough for you but trust me it fills you up very well. I have two favourite dishes which I would like to share with you.

1. Tom Kha Chicken

It is a soupy dish and contains a bowl of lemongrass chicken, glass noodles, coconut and galangal soup. The broth is actually very delicious and the flavours of lemongrass and galangal adds a freshness to it. This is a kind of dish you would wish for in cold wintery day.

2. Chicken Breast

The dish is a lot fancier than the name suggests. If you are a fan of spicy food food then go for it. It consist of grilled chicken on a bed of cucumber salad, served along with some sticky rice and a dark spicy sauce. The salad adds a freshness to the dish and the chicken is very moist and tender.

I hope all the food lovers out there do like my new post and if you are in the UK and have a chance to visit Busaba Eathai please do so. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
