For my stay in New York, we chose the hotel Conrad- New York, located in 102 North End Ave, New York, NY 10282, United States. Its a five star hotel and since we booked through British Airways’s website we got a pretty good deal.

The hotel is located in the financial district and the view is amazing due to the Hudson river. The hotel is very centrally located as there are many restaurants, supermarkets and subways close by.

The entrance of the hotel is breath taking and it surprises you a bit because one would not expect such grand interiors.

The hotel staff is extremely helpful and really make you feel at home. The corridor of every floor has a great view of the Hudson river.

The rooms are very spacious. My room consisted of a lounge and the bedroom. It also consisted of a small pantry section with a sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of complementary coffee pods. It also offered a selection of glasses and coffee mugs. The room had a great storage space and also offered an electronic safe to keep your valuables.

The room had a separate toilet and bath facilities. The toiletries provided by the hotel was from Aromatherapy London.

The hotel’s services were very commendable. Every evening a member of the housekeeping staff would come to the room to make the beds and would leave an information card with next day’s predicted weather forecast. The would also put some bottles of water at the bedside table and would also fill up the ice bucket in the pantry section. The coffee pods were also topped up incase the guests have used them.

All in all, it was great to experience the Conrad – New York and I would totally recommend it to all of you who are planing a trip to the NYC and looking for a nice hotel in Lower Manhattan. If you have similar experiences please share it with us in the comments down below.
